Framed and Unleashed - Part 1: The Nature’s Takeback

My friend Nikolas invited me to a tour with him, his friends, and his mom into an abandoned police training facility located in Blankenburger Pflasterweg which was abandoned circa 1990. Now is a place of decay, hidden art, and architecture-has-an-argument-with-nature-and-is-losing.

As scary as it was intruding this temple of absence. It was a brilliant source of art, textures, history, mystery, and a lot of opportunities to practice photography in different light environments. If you pay a visit to Berlin and also share love for photography, look for an opportunity to discover history by your own in places like this. The feeling is totally worth it.

The major takeaway of this part is that nature always win. Take its place, nature eventually will take it back.
